In the initial days both Pelegia and Corellie does not feel comfortable with each other in the house. But eventually, she learns to live with him. Corellie is a nice man and he enjoys his life through playing violin. After some days, they both are fall in love despite of difference among their respective countries and cultures. Due to war situations, the people of island are seems to be suffering from various hurdles and obstacles in their respective lives.

Pelegia and Corellie love then face many of challenges during these dark days. Suddenly Pelegias finance passed away during the fight. Despite of all these troubled and dark situations, Pelegia and Corellie love for each other’s survives. So in 1943, Italy surrendered to the allies but German General on the other hand refuses to surrender. So, they launch an assault on the Italian troops.
